5. Within the early stages of commercialization and financing of clean technologies, we could provide lots of services to assist;

6. We assist with compliance and approval with new energy and environmental law requirements (including carbon management and disclosure);

7. We help to create, protect and commercialize intellectual property rights;

8. We can help in private equity, initial public offering opportunities, venture capital opportunities;

9. For concerns like "leave to construct" applications for both gas and electricity infrastructure, we could represent clients at hearings before regulatory commissions and agencies, setting of rates, creation of independent transmission companies, licensing, compliance matters, permitting, and approvals

10. We counsel board of directors and senior management concerning issues of corporate disclosure and governance, environmental stewardship and liability concerns, climate change, changing regulatory issues, and, where appropriate, helping in representations to governments.

Saskatoon has been an inhabited area for roughly 6,000 years, and it was not until the summer of 1883 that the first settlers started to arrive and reside within the area. Saskatoon is taken from the name 'mis-sask-quah-toomina', the Cree Indian name for a local indigenous berry. It is situated at the central province of Saskatchewan, Canada, on the banks of the South Saskatchewan River.
